Would you like to know as to when one is sent to Jail.Know it astrologically:

This query was put to discuss that Rahu is not directly Sub lord of 12^th Cusp in this case even then the native was sent to Jail.

Birth Data of native is as following:

DOB- June 29, 1964; TOB-11:24A M (It is reported Time; BTR may be done, if you think it proper);

Birth Place: Udai Pur; State – Rajasthan;

Latitude-   24N35;

Longitude-73E44;

Country- India.

Other details-

Native is well read and spiritual man. He has landed property of his own.

November 23, 2010; Analysis of the case was sent to K.P forum which is as following:

Native who is a very rich man was sent to Jail on March 2, 2009 and even bail was not granted to him & since then he is languishing in Jail in fabricated case. The case is said to be fabricated, as I know every thing about this man.

At that time when his DBASP of   Saturn-Venus-Moon-Ketu-Rahu was running, he was sent to Jail on March 2, 2009; Ayanamsa is 23:16:28

Maha Dasa Nath       (Saturn) - Rahu is star lord of Saturn who is Maha dasa nath Saturn.

Bhukti Dasa Nath     (Venus)    Mercury is Sign and Sub lord of Venus and Star lord of Mercury is Rahu. Worst result will be offered by weak & retro Venus during Bhukti Dasa who is lord of 3^rd; malefic for 3^rd.  

Antar Dasa lord –     ( Moon )   Sub of Moon Antara lord is Mercury and its Star lord is Rahu. The Moon Antara lord who was preceding Mars was much powerful. Moon the lord of 12 in 6 conjoined to the lord of 12 and 6. It is in the star of Mars (9) which aspects the Ascendant. Further Mars is in the star of Moon again. Mars is in the sub of Jupiter (8) Hence Moon is strongly connected to 12^th, & 6^th. It is also connected to Rahu with signification of 3.

For Jail thus 12^th lord Moon offered malefic result.

Sooksma Dasa Nath- (Ketu)      Sub of Ketu is Jupiter and its Sub is Mercury whose Star lord is Rahu. Ketu is occupant in 12^th house by transit during this period offering directly malefic result than that of any other planet.

Pran Dasa Nath-        (Rahu)     Sub lord of Rahu is itself Rahu whose Sub lord is Jupiter ; Pran Dasa nath Rahu is by transit deposited in 6^th during this period malefically aspecting 12^th and 2^nd house.

On March 2, 2009     Rahu was deposited in 6^th of birth chart of native in Capricorn at nearly 13 degree 45 minutes and malefically aspecting 12^th and 2^nd house.

Sub lord of 12^th cusp is Saturn and its Star lord is Rahu.

2^nd Cusp lord is Mercury; Mercury is sign lord and sub lord of Venus; Separation from family is shown by Mercury lord of 2^nd; and Bhukti Dasa nath Venus is giving effect to this.

8^th Cusp lord is Jupiter and it is sub lord of Ketu Sookshma Dasa nath;Jupiter is sub lord of Rahu who is Pran Dasa nath and sole Karak for Jail is said to be Rahu.

Formal K P Rule-

One must go to Jail:

If sub lord of 12^th cusp is Rahu;

It should not be deposited in the constellation whose lord is retrograde and;

It should be significator of either 2^nd or 3^rd or 8^th or 12^th house.

All the requisite conditions are fulfilled by Rahu during DBASP of Saturn-Venus-Moon-Ketu-Rahu to send this man in Jail on March 2, 2009 and still this native is languishing in Jail for charge of inflicting gun shot injury.
