Birth Time Rectification

Dear sir/Madam,
                         You have to get your horoscope prepared by any astrologer where you think it proper and if you have beliefe in astrology else not.But for this purpose correct birth time is required and you have noted time what had been told by doctor/Nurse to your parents.Correctness of recorded birth time depends upon how it had been recorded by doctor / Nurse.So there may be error in recorded time and consequently it needs rectification or a check else prediction may go wrong.
                         Kp system of astrology deals with sub lords which gets changed at short interval of time.Hence birth time to prepare horoscope must be correct up to second.
